Zusammenfassung: | A superhydrophobic fiber of the present invention comprises: a nano-needle fiber having a surface having needle-shaped nanostructures; and a coating layer positioned on the surface having the nanostructures and containing a hydrophobic material. The superhydrophobic fiber has excellent durability due to having no aging effect, and has a large contact angle and a considerably small rolling angle, thus may not get wet in water. The method for manufacturing the superhydrophobic fiber comprises: a preparation step of preparing a pre-treatment fiber; an etching step of etching a surface and an interior of the pre-treatment fiber and manufacturing a nano needle-shaped fiber having a surface having needle-shaped nanostructures; and a coating step of forming a coating layer containing a hydrophobic material. Therefore, a mass production is possible through the method which is performed by a simple process. In addition, since a product containing the superhydrophobic fiber does not absorb a liquid droplet at all, adsorption of contaminants rarely occurs, separate drying is unnecessary, and therefore, the invention can be widely applied to a variety of goods in the leisure industry.
본 발명의 초소수성 섬유는, 침상의 나노구조(needle-shaped nano structure)들을 포함하는 표면을 가진 나노침상-섬유(nano-needle fiber); 그리고 상기 나노구조들을 포함하는 표면 위에 위치하고 소수성 물질을 함유하는 코팅층을 포함한다. 이는 시효 효과가 없어 내구성이 우수하고, 접촉각이 크고 구름각이 상당히 작아 물에 젖지 않을 수 있다. 상기 초소수성 섬유를 제조하는 방법은, 처리전-섬유를 준비하는 준비단계; 상기 처리전-섬유의 표면 및 내부를 식각하여 침상의 나노구조들이 형성된 표면을 가진 나노침상-섬유를 제조하는 식각단계; 소수성 물질을 함유하는 코팅층을 형성하는 코팅단계를 포함하는 것으로, 대량생산이 가능하고 간단한 공정에 의해 수행된다. 또한, 상기 초소수성 섬유를 포함하는 물품은 액적이 전혀 흡수되지 않는 물품으로서, 오염 물질의 흡착이 거의 없고, 따로 건조시킬 필요가 없어 다양한 레져 산업 물품에도 광범위하게 적용될 수 있다. |
