Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method to process a surface of an internal/external metal material and a surface-processed internal/external metal material and, more specifically, relates to a method to process a surface of an internal/external metal material capable of forming a wall layer with valve metal on a surface of an internal/external metal material and forming a surface layer with an aluminum metal on the wall layer; and then performing anodic oxidation on the surface, and coloring and sealing the surface. According to the present invention, anodic oxidation, and coloring and sealing techniques are applied to a surface of various internal/external metal materials such as zinc, stainless steel, and magnesium; thereby making various, beautiful, and equal surface colors for the internal/external metal materials.
본 발명은 금속 내외장재의 표면처리 방법 및 표면 처리된 금속 내외장재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금속 내외장재 표면에 밸브 금속(Valve Metal)으로 장벽층을 형성하고, 그 위에 알루미늄(Al)계 금속으로 표면층을 형성한 후, 표면을 양극 산화시키고 염료 착색 및 봉공 처리하는 금속 내외장재의 표면처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 아연, 스테인리스, 마그네슘 등의 다양한 금속 내외장재의 표면에 양극 산화 및 착색, 봉공 처리 기술을 적용하여 다양하고 미려하면서도 균일한 금속 내외장재의 표면 색상 구현이 가능하다는 효과가 있다. |
