Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a chitosan-silver nanocomposite and an antibacterial paper coated with a chitosan-silver nanocomposite wherein the method for manufacturing chitosan-silver nanocomposite comprises a step of adding a silver nitrate solution in a chitosan solution, stirring and putting the same in an autoclave, and reacting the same. If a chitosan-silver nanocomposite is manufactured in accordance with the manufacturing method of the present invention, it is possible to reduce a production rate of Ag, to manufacture a chitosan-silver nanocomposite environment friendly, to reduce processing facilities, and to reduce energy required for manufacturing conducive to a very economic manufacturing as well as a mass production as advantages. In addition, the paper coated with the chitosan-silver nanocomposite or the chitosan-silver nano-film manufactured by the method of the present invention shows excellent antibacterial properties and therefore, may be effectively used as a packing paper of foods, agricultural products, medical equipment and pharmaceutical products.
본 발명은 키토산 용액에 질산은 용액을 첨가하고 교반하여 오토클레이브(autoclave)에 넣은 후 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 키토산-은 나노 복합물의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 따라 제조된 키토산-은 나노 복합물이 코팅된 항균성 종이에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 키토산-은 나노 복합물을 제조하는 경우 Ag 생성 속도를 단축시킬 수 있고, 키토산-은 나노 복합물을 친환경적으로 제조할 수 있으며, 공정설비가 감소되고 제조에 필요한 에너지가 감소되어 매우 경제적인 제조가 가능한 동시에 대량생산이 가능하다는 장점을 나타내며, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 키토산-은 나노 복합물 또는 키토산-은 나노 필름이 코팅된 종이는 우수한 항균성을 나타내는바 식품, 농산물 또는 의료기기, 의약품 포장용 종이로도 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. |
