The organic light emitting display includes: a substrate where a display region and a non-display region are defined; a transistor which is formed in the display region on the substrate; a shield part which is formed between the substrate and the transistor; and a light emitting diode which includes a common electrode connected to the shield part and a pixel electrode connected to the transistor, and a light emitting layer formed between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. 본 발명은 표시영역과 비표시영역이 정의된 기판, 기판 상에 표시영역에 형성된 트랜지스터, 기판과 트랜지스터 사이에 형성된 쉴드(shield)부 및 상기 트랜지스터와 연결된 화소전극과 쉴드부와 연결된 공통전극, 화소전극과 공통전극 사이에 형성된 발광층을 포함하는 발광다이오드를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치를 제공한다.
