Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a thermoelectric material by using a composite material. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoelectric material by using a composite material with an excellent electrical conductivity and an excellent Seebeck coefficient at the same time and also relates to a method for producing the thermoelectric material. The thermoelectric material of the present invention includes Ge and PEDOT: PSS (poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)poly(styrenesulfonate)), and DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), wherein the composite material includes 30 to 70 wt% of GE and 5 to 10 wt% of DMSO.
본 발명은 복합재를 이용한 열전 소재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전기전도도와 제백계수가 동시에 우수한 복합재를 이용한 열전 소재 및 상기 열전 소재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 열전 소재는 Ge과 PEDOT:PSS(poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)poly(styrenesulfonate)) 및 DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide)를 포함하고, 상기 복합재료에서 Ge은 30중량% 내지 70중량%, DMSO는 5중량% 내지 10중량% 포함된다. |
