Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for improving fermentation efficiency of lignocellulosic biomass and, more specifically, to a method for improving fermentation efficiency of lignocellulosic biomass, which comprises the steps of: providing lignocellulosic biomass; acid pretreating as mixing lignocellulosic biomass and an acid solution; neutral pretreating as mixing the acid pretreated lignocellulosic biomass and an alkaline solution; obtaining a saccharified solution as saccharificating the pretreated lignocellulosic biomass; and removing organic acid as treating the saccharified solution with capacitive deionization (CDI). According to the present invention, organic acid generated during saccharificating lignocellulosic biomass can be removed through capacitive deionization (CDI) treatment, thereby increasing production efficiency of ethanol. 본 발명은 목질계 바이오매스의 발효 효율 향상 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 목질계 바이오매스를 제공하는 단계; 목질계 바이오매스와 산 용액을 혼합하여 산 전처리 하는 단계; 산 전처리된 목질계 바이오매스와 알카리 용액을 혼합하여 중화 전처리하는 단계; 전처리된 목질계 바이오매스를 당화하여 당화액을 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 당화액을 축전식 탈염(Capacitive Deionization, CDI) 처리하여 유기산을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 목질계 바이오매스의 발효 효율 향상 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 목질계 바이오매스 당화 시 발생하는 유기산을 축전식 탈염(Capacitive Deionization, CDI) 처리를 통해 제거함으로써 에탄올의 생산 효율을 증가 시킬 수 있다.
