AIR CONDITIONER AND GAS-LIGUID SEPARATING UNIT

The present invention relates to an air conditioner. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner includes: an outdoor unit having a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger; a plurality of indoor units having an indoor heat exchanger; a gas-liquid separating unit connected to the outdoor unit from the outside of the outdoor unit having a gas-liquid separator to separate a refrigerant discharged from the outdoor unit into a gas refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant; and a distribution unit connected to the gas-liquid separating unit to distribute the gas or liquid refrigerant separated in the gas-liquid separating unit to the plurality of indoor units. The gas-liquid separator includes: an inlet for the intake of a two-phase refrigerant; a first discharge part to discharge the separated gas refrigerant; a second discharge part to discharge the separated liquid refrigerant; and a heater to heat at least one among the gas and liquid refrigerants before being discharged from the first discharge part or at least one among the gas and liquid refrigerants discharged from the first discharge part. 본 발명은 공기 조화기에 관한 것이다. 일 측면에 따른 공기 조화기는, 압축기 및 실외 열교환기가 구비되는 실외기; 실내 열교환기가 구비되는 다수의 실내기; 상기 실외기의 외측에서 상기 실외기와 연결되며, 상기 실외기에서 배출된 냉매 중 기상 냉매와 액상 냉매를 분리하기 위한 기액 분리기가 구비되는 기액분리 유닛; 및 상기 기액분리 유닛에 연결되며, 상기 기액분리 유닛에서 분리된 기상 냉매 또는 액상 냉매를 상기 다수의 실내기로 분배하는 분배유닛을 포함하고, 상기 기액 분리기는, 2상 냉매가 유입될 수 있는 유입부와, 분리된 기상 냉매가 배출될 수 있는 제1배출부와, 분리된 액상 냉매가 배출될 수 있는 제2배출부와, 상기 제1배출부로 배출되기 전의 기상 냉매 및 액상 냉매 중 하나 이상, 또는 상기 제1배출부로 배출된 기상 냉매 및 액상 냉매 중 하나 이상을 가열하기 위한 히터를 포함한다.
