Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring a crack of a welding part and a method for the same to prevent a wedge and a jig from being cooled and damaged by low temperatures around a notch. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for measuring a crack of a welding part, including: a cooling part attached to a notch part of a material and shaped to correspond to a notch, wherein the material includes a welding part having the notch; a cracking unit disposed above the notch to crack the welding part; and a driving unit connected to the cracking unit above the material to move the cracking unit. 본 발명은 노치 부근을 저온으로 만들 시 쐐기 및 지그가 함께 냉각되어 파손되는 것을 방지하는 용접부 파괴평가장치 및 파괴평가방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명은 일실시예에서 노치가 형성된 용접부를 포함하는 소재의 노치부에 부착되며, 노치에 대응되는 형상을 가지는 냉각부; 상기 노치의 상부에 배치되며 상기 용접부에 균열을 구현하는 균열발생수단; 소재 상부에서 상기 균열발생수단에 연결되며, 상기 균열발생수단을 이동시키는 구동수단;을 포함하는 용접부 파괴평가장치를 제공한다.
