Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composite electronic component which includes a ceramic body which includes a first capacitor part on which a plurality of dielectric layers and an internal electrode arranged to face each other by interposing the dielectric layer are stacked, a resistance part which is formed on the upper side of the first capacitor part and a second capacitor part which is formed on the upper side of the resistance part and on which the dielectric layers and the internal electrode arranged to face each other by interposing the dielectric layer are stacked, a first external electrode which is formed on the first cross section of the ceramic body, and a second external electrode which is formed on the second cross section of the ceramic body. 본 발명은, 복수의 유전체층과 상기 유전체층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 내부전극이 적층된 제 1 커패시터부, 상기 제 1 커패시터부의 상면에 형성된 저항부 및 상기 저항부의 상면에 형성되며 복수의 유전체층과 상기 유전체층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 내부전극이 적층된 제 2 커패시터부를 구비한 세라믹 본체; 상기 세라믹 본체의 제 1 단면에 형성된 제 1 외부 전극; 및 상기 세라믹 본체의 제 2 단면에 형성된 제 2 외부 전극을 포함하는 복합 전자부품에 관한 것이다.
