Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a grain composition with a high content of free calcium and a composition for preventing osteoporosis using the same. According to the present invention, the grain composition with a high content of free calcium is configured to comprise a grain and a Lactobacillus sakei Wikim010 strain, and decompose phytanic acid contained inside the grain to have an effect in osteoblast proliferation as well as to increase a content of free calcium inside the grain. Therefore, a grain composition with a high content of free calcium of the present invention can be used as a composition for preventing osteoporosis. 본 발명은 유리 칼슘 함량이 향상된 곡물 조성물 및 이를 이용한 골다공증 예방을 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 곡물 및 락토바실러스 사케이 Wikim010 균주를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 따른 유리 칼슘 함량이 증가된 곡물 조성물은 곡물내 함유된 피탄산을 분해하여 곡물내 유리 칼슘의 함량을 증가시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 조골세포 증식효과가 월등하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 유리 칼슘 함량이 증가된 곡물 조성물은 골다공증 예방을 위한 조성물로서 이용될 수 있다.
