Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a high quality brass tableware manufacturing method using plasma coating to make the shape of high quality brass tableware using stainless steel and to coat the surface of the high quality brass tableware with copper and tin in order to improve the appearance and durability. In particular, the present invention relates to a high quality brass tableware manufacturing method using plasma coating to allow the production of tableware to provide beauty of the metallic light made by copper and tin as well as the tough and strong properties made by stainless steel through plasma spraying coating for discharging molten metal at extreme high temperatures. In addition to this, the high quality brass tableware manufacturing method using plasma coating eliminates a forging (hammering) process used in a conventional manufacturing method of high quality brass tableware to simplify the manufacturing process; and produces high quality nontoxic tableware which shines as time goes by. 본 발명은 써스 금속을 이용하여 방자유기 그릇의 형상을 제작한 후, 이 표면에 구리와 주석의 코팅을 하여 완벽한 형상을 하면서도, 그 내구성이 우수한 플라즈마 코팅을 이용한 방자유기 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 극고온의 상태에서 금속 용융물을 토출하는 조건을 가진 플라즈마용사코팅을 통해서 구리와 주석 합금의 코팅층을 써스304 재질의 그릇의 표면에 도포하여, 써스금속의 질기고 강한 금속의 재질적 장점을 살리면서, 구리와 주석의 금속성 빛의 아름다움을 느끼는 그릇을 생산할 수 있도록 하고, 종래 방자유기 그릇의 제조방법인 단조(≒메질)방법이 없어 제작이 간편하지만, 종래 방자 유기 그릇의 장점인 독성이 없고 쓸수록 윤기가 나는 고급풍의 그릇을 제작할 수 있도록 하는 플라즈마 코팅을 이용한 방자유기 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
