Zusammenfassung:A method for designing PWM to improve the output voltage quality of an HEP system boarded on 8200 series electric locomotives according to the present invention uses a SHEPWM method to effectively reduce a harmonic wave for a high power IGBT which is difficult to be applied to switching of harmonic waves, is designed with a specific frequency to deteriorate the distortion factor of a voltage, and reduces the wattless current of a capacitor. An optimize PWM method for new HEP device in consideration of localization is suggested. Maintenance can be improved by changing a GTO device in to a high power IGBT. 본 발명에 의한 8200호대 전기기관차 객차전원공급장치의 출력전압품질 향상을 위한 PWM 설계방법은 고주파수의 스위칭 적용이 어려운 대전력용 IGBT에 대한 효과적인 고조파의 감소를 위하여 SHEPWM방식이 채택되고, 전압의 왜곡률이 저하되도록 특정주파수로 설계되며, 캐패시터의 무효전류를 감소시키기 위한 것으로 국산화를 고려한 새로운 HEP 장치용 최적화된 PWM 방법에 대하여 제안하고, GTO 소자를 대전력 IGBT로 변경하여 적용하여 유지보수성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
