Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a water quality comprising: an electrode measuring current flowing in a solution in accordance with a change of a voltage; a flow cell where the electrode is mounted and enabling the solution to flow in a constant flow rate; and a controller including a voltage output unit applying the voltage to the three electrodes and including a current measurement unit measuring the current corresponding to the applied voltage and converting a measured current value into salinity and residual chlorine concentration. The present invention is capable of simultaneously measuring the salinity and the residual chlorine concentration of ballast water and rapidly recognizing water quality changes.
