Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to bortezomib and a manufacturing method of a novel intermediate thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of bortezomib with high yield and purity by using a novel intermediate through a simple manufacturing process, which is a highly appropriate in industrial fields. The manufacturing method of bortezomib represented by chemical formula I according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a boronic acid ester compound represented by chemical formula II by reacting a compound represented by chemical formula III with a compound represented by chemical formula VII; and preparing bortezomib by performing boronic acid deprotection reaction on the compound represented by the chemical formula II. 본 출원은 보르테조밉 및 그의 중간체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 신규 중간체를 사용하여 단순한 제조공정을 통해 고수율 및 고순도의 보르테조밉을 제조할 수 있어 산업적으로 매우 적합한 제조방법을 제공한다.
