Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a composition including a rugosa rose (Rosa rugosa) extract as an active ingredient for preventing or improving alcoholic liver diseases. According to the present invention, the composition has a relatively high DPPH radical and ABTS+ radical scavenging activities. The composition contains the aspartic acid, asparagine, serine, glycine, arginine, or allicin capable of accelerating the production of alcohol degrading enzymes. The composition also suppresses the CYP2E1 enzyme activities causing alcoholic liver damage to prevent the HepG2 cell viability from decreasing due to the alcohol. The present invention does not have cell toxicity to the liver causing the alcoholic liver damage and is capable of being applied as a pharmaceutical or food composition.
본 발명은 해당화 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 알코올성 간질환 예방 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 상기 조성물은 DPPH 라디칼 및 ABTS라디칼 소거능면에서 상대적으로 높은 소거활성을 나타내고, 알콜성 분해효소 생성을 촉진시키는 아스파르트산, 아스파라긴, 세린, 글리신, 아르기닌 또는 알리신을 함유하며, 알코올성 간 손상을 일으키는 CYP2E1 효소의 활성을 억제하여 알코올에 의한 HepG2 세포 생존율 감소를 저해하는 효과를 나타낸다. 그리고, 알코올성 간 손상을 일으키는 간세포에 대한 세포독성이 없어 약제학적 및 식품 조성물에 안전하게 적용될 수 있다. |
