Zusammenfassung: | The present invention includes a jig which receives and fixes a cylindrical secondary battery in which a first pre-formation process is performed, a lifting unit which is installed on the upper side of the jig to be lifted and lifts a top cap of the cylindrical secondary battery, and a lifting limit unit which limits the lifting height of the lifting unit. According to the present invention, the failure of the cylindrical secondary battery due to the gas generated in a case is prevented by discharging the gas of the case to the outside by lifting the top cap of the cylindrical secondary battery in which the first pre-formation process is completed by the lifting unit.
본 발명은 1차 활성화(Pre-formation) 공정이 완료된 원통형 이차전지가 안착되어 고정되는 지그, 상기 지그의 상부에 승강 가능하도록 설치되어 원통형 이차전지의 상부 캡을 승강시키는 승강 유닛 및 상기 승강 유닛의 승강 높이를 제한하는 승강 제한 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 1차 활성화 공정이 완료된 원통형 이차전지의 상부 캡을 승강 유닛에 의해 상승시켜 케이스 내부의 가스를 외부로 배출함으로써, 케이스 내부에 발생된 가스에 의해 원통형 이차전지의 불량이 발생되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다. |
