ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to artificial leather used to make such things as a protective cover of bags, wallets, and other products or the like and relates to high-quality artificial leather having an aesthetic appearance and low weight and having excellent mechanical properties and textures, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of artificial leather comprises: a preparation step (S10) of preparing a buffer member (20) and upper and lower fabrics (10, 30) and preparing upper and lower molds (42, 43) having a shape (1) to be formed on the buffer member (20) and the upper and lower fabrics (10, 30); a bond step (S20) of bonding the buffer member (20) and the upper and lower fabrics (10, 30) by positioning the fabrics (10, 30) in an upper and a lower portion of the buffer member (20) and heating the fabrics (10, 30) while allowing the fabrics (10, 30) to pass through rollers (40) having first heaters (41) that are mounted thereon; a compression step (S30) of positioning the buffer member (20) and the upper and lower fabrics (10, 30), which are bonded in the bond step (S20), between the upper and lower molds (42, 43) having second heaters (44) mounted thereon of a press so as to be heated and compressed; and a completion step (S40) of finishing artificial leather by collecting the buffer member (20) and the upper and lower fabrics (10, 30), of which the shape (1) is formed by being compressed in the compression step (S30), from the press. 본 발명은 가방, 지갑 및 기타 제품의 보호커버 등에 사용되는 인조가죽으로서, 외관이 미려하며 저중량의 우수한 기계적 물성 및 질감도 우수한 고품질의 인조가죽 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 전술한 본 발명의 특징은, 완충부재(20)와 상·하부 원단(10)(30)을 준비하고, 완충부재(20)과 상·하부 원단(10)(30)에 형성될 모양(1)을 갖는 상·하부 금형(42)(43)을 준비하는 준비단계(S10); 완충부재(20)의 상·하부에 원단(10)(30)을 위치시켜 제1히터(41)가 장치된 롤러(40)들 사이를 통과시키면서 가열하여 완충부재(20)와 상·하부 원단(10)(30)을 접착하는 접착단계(S20); 상기 접착단계(S20)에서 접착된 완충부재(20)와 상·하부 원단(10)(30)을 프레스의 제2히터(44)가 장착된 상·하부 금형(42)(43)들 사이에 위치시키고, 가열시키면서 압착하는 압착단계(S30); 상기 압착단계(S30)에서 압착되어 모양(1)이 형성된 완충부재(20)와 상·하부 원단(10)(30)을 프레스로부터 회수하여 인조가죽을 완성하는 완성단계(S40)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 인조가죽의 제조방법에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.
