Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving light conversion efficiency and reducing a current loss by preventing a pyramid structure on the surface of a silicon layer formed by etching the surface of the silicon layer from being collapsed in the following process after a texturing process. For this, the present invention provides the solar cell which includes the silicon layer which includes the pyramid structure formed on the surface thereof by an etching process and an antireflection layer which is deposited on the upper side f the silicon layer and the manufacturing method thereof. The outer surface of the antireflection layer has a rolling shape with a gentle incline. 본 발명은 실리콘층 표면의 식각으로 인하여 형성된 실리콘층 표면의 피라미드 구조물이 텍스쳐링 공정 이후의 후속공정에서 무너지는 것을 줄여 전류의 손실을 줄이고 광변환효율을 높일 수 있는 태양전지 및 태양전지 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 식각에 의하여 표면에 피라미드 구조물이 형성되는 실리콘층, 그리고 상기 실리콘층의 상면에 증착되는 반사방지막층을 포함하며, 상기 반사방지막층의 외측 표면은 완만한 경사면을 갖는 구릉형상을 띄는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 및 태양전지 제조방법을 제공한다.
