OIL STATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A gas station management system disclosed according to the present invention comprises: an oil volume sensor installed in an oil tank at a gas station for measuring an oil volume; a door sensor installed in the door of the oil tank for detecting whether the door is open or closed; an authorizer identifier installed at the door of the oil tank for identifying the pre-defined authorizer who can open and close the door; a vehicle identifier installed at the gas station for identifying the predetermined oil supply vehicle which enters the gas station; a statement scanner installed at the gas station for scanning the predetermined purchase statement which is presented by the driver of the oil supply vehicle which enters the gas station; a gas station management server; and an integrated operation server. The gas station management server collects the oil volume measurement information received from the oil volume sensor, the door opening/closing information received from the door sensor, the authorizer identification information received from the authorizer identifier, the vehicle identification information received from the vehicle identifier, and the scanning information received from the statement scanner, and transmits the information to a predetermined POS device in the gas station and to the outside of the gas station. The gas station management server determines whether oil is warehoused in the oil tank by the authorized purchase statement, whether the door of the oil tank is opened or closed by the authorizer, and whether oil is warehoused in the oil tank as much as the oil volume written in the authorized purchase statement, and when a disorder occurs, notifies whether a disorder has occurred to a preregistered terminal. 개시된 본 발명에 따른 주유소 관리 시스템은, 주유소 내의 유류 저장탱크 내부에 설치되어 유량을 측정하는 유량센서, 상기 유류 저장탱크 도어에 설치되어 도어의 개폐여부를 감지하는 도어 감지센서, 상기 유류 저장탱크 도어에 설치되어 상기 도어를 개폐할 수 있는 미리 결정된 인가자를 식별하는 인가자 식별기, 상기 주유소에 설치되어 주유소에 입차하는 미리 결정된 유류 공급차량을 식별하는 차량 식별기; 상기 주유소에 설치되어 주유소에 입차하는 상기 유류 공급차량의 운전자가 제시한 미리 결정된 매입전표를 스캔하는 전표 스캐너, 주유소 관리서버 및 통합운영서버를 포함한다. 상기 주유소 관리서버는 상기 유량센서로부터 수신된 유량측정 정보, 상기 도어 감지센서로부터 수신된 도어 개폐정보, 상기 인가자 식별기로부터 수신되는 인가자 식별정보, 상기 차량 식별기로부터 수신된 차량 식별정보, 상기 전표 스캐너로부터 수신된 스캔정보를 수집하여 미리 결정된 주유소 내부의 POS 장치와 주유소 외부로 전송하며, 인가된 매입전표에 의해 유류가 상기 유류 저장탱크에 입고되었는지 여부, 인가자에 의해 상기 유류 저장탱크의 도어가 개폐되는지 여부, 및 인가된 매입전표에 기재된 유량만큼 유류가 상기 유류 저장탱크에 입고되었는지 여부를 판단하여, 이상상황 발생시 미리 등록된 단말기에 이상상황 여부를 알리도록 한다.
