Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method and an apparatus to control a drive for a vehicle, comprising: an outdoor temperature measurement step of measuring an outdoor temperature of a vehicle; a calculation step of calculating a difference value between a wheel speed of a driving wheel and a wheel speed of a non-driving wheel in driveaway of a vehicle, in case an outdoor temperature is lower than a first reference temperature; and a control step of controlling an engine torque in the driveaway to be lower than the engine torque in a normal state. 본 발명은, 차량의 외기온을 측정하는 외기온 측정단계; 외기온이 제1기준온도 이하인 경우, 차량의 발진시 구동륜의 휠속과 비구동륜의 휠속의 차이값을 계산하는 계산단계; 및 상기 차이값이 기준값 이상시, 발진시의 엔진토크를 정상상태의 엔진토크보다 작게 제어하는 제어단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 차량용 주행 제어방법 및 장치가 소개된다.
