Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a heat-resistant cartridge filter and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is capable of increasing filtration efficiency and collection efficiency and reducing pressure loss as a multi-layered structure is formed by manufacturing filter slurry by mixing and stirring 75-85% by weight of heat-resistant short fibers having a particle size of 2 denier/12 mm or less and 15-25% by weight of ultrafine glass fibers having a particle size of 1-10 um, mixing the filter slurry in water at the headbox concentration of 0.05-1.00 mass% and 0.03-0.06 mass%, and laminating the mixture in a liquid state. In addition, the bending property and strength can be increased by impregnating a filter media, having water removed, in a thermosetting resin to 10-20% after the mixture is laminated in a liquid state. Moreover, the present invention enables to increase heat-resistant temperature and further enhances the bending property and strength at the same time by impregnating the filter media in a thermoplastic resin to 10-20%. 본 발명은 입도 2denier/ 12mm 이하의 내열성 단 섬유 75 ~ 85 중량%와, 입도 1 ~ 10㎛의 초극세 유리섬유 15 ~ 25 중량%가 혼합 교반하여 필터슬러리를 제조한 후 상기 필터슬러리를 0.05 ~ 1.00 질량% 및 0.03 ~ 0.06 질량%의 헤드박스농도로 물에 혼합시킨 후 이를 액상으로 적층시켜 다층구조를 형성함으로써 필터효율 및 포집효율을 높이고, 압력손실을 절감시키고, 액상으로 적층된 후 수분이 제거된 필터미디어를 열경화성 수지에 10 ~ 20%로 함침시킴으로써 절곡성 및 강도를 높일 수 있으며, 필터미디어를 열가소성 수지에 10 ~ 20%로 함침시킴으로써 내열 온도를 높임과 동시에 절곡성 및 강도를 더욱 증가시킬 수 있는 내열성 카트리지 필터여과재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
