Zusammenfassung:	An auto focus actuator and a camera lens assembly containing the same are provided. An auto focus actuator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lens assembly equipped with an application part for magnetic substance on the rim; a magnetic substance installed in the application part for magnetic substance; a housing which accepts the lens assembly with a magnetic substance mounted; a coil mounted on the inner wall of the housing by surrounding the magnetic substance; and an elastic body which provides restoring force to the lifting of the lens assembly about the housing. 렌즈 구동용 엑츄에이터 및 이를 포함하는 카메라 렌즈 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 렌즈 구동용 엑츄에이터는, 둘레에 자성체 장착부를 갖춘 렌즈 조립체, 자성체 장착부에 실장되는 자성체, 자성체를 실장한 렌즈 조립체를 수용하는 하우징, 자성체를 둘러싸는 형태로 상기 하우징 내벽에 실장되는 코일 및 하우징에 대한 상기 렌즈 조립체의 승강에 복원력을 제공하는 탄성체를 포함하여 구성됨을 요지로 한다.
