The present invention is to form glossy patterns on the surface of the metal board using the electrolyte polishing process. 본 발명의 가전기기용 외장 패널은, 금속 판재의 표면에 필름을 부착하고, 상기 필름이 부착된 금속 판재에서 패턴에 해당하는 부위의 필름을 포토마스킹 공정에 의해 제거한 후에, 상기 필름이 부착된 금속 판재를 전해연마 공정에 의해 필름이 제거된 부위에만 광택을 형성하도록 제작된 것을 특징으로 한다.
