Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition and a method for an early selection of Plutella xylostella tolerant Brassica oleracea, comprising the steps of: (a) separating primary metabolites from a Brassica oleracea sample; (b) measuring the content of a specific primary metabolite among the primary metabolites separated in step (a); and (c) comparing the results measured in step (b) to the results of Plutella xylostella susceptible Brassica oleracea. The specific primary metabolite can be used as an effective marker capable of diagnosing tolerance when developing Plutella xylostella tolerant Brassica oleracea. 본 발명은 (a) 양배추 시료로부터 1차 대사물질을 분리하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계의 분리된 1차 대사물질 중 특정 1차 대사물질의 함량을 측정하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 측정 결과를 배추좀나방 감수성 양배추의 결과와 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 배추좀나방 저항성 양배추의 품종을 조기 선별하는 방법 및 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 특정 1차 대사물질은 배추좀나방 저항성 양배추 품종 개발시 저항성을 진단할 수 있는 유용한 마커로 사용될 수 있다.
