Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a light absorber capable of absorbing an incident light as much as possible from any direction regardless of its wavelength; an image sensor and a solar cell which minimizes change of a light interception even when an incidence angle and a wavelength of the light change. The light absorber includes an inner part having a focus and an outer part corresponding to the outside of the inner part. The permittivity of the outer part is variable, following the change of a first independent variable of an oval cylinder coordinate system. The permittivity of the inner part is greater than that of the outer part. The permittivity value of the outer part gradually decreases from the center of the light absorber to the outside.
