Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for selecting a paprika infected with a gray mold disease and, more specifically, to a method for selecting a paprika which is in an entry stage of gray mold disease infection and an apparatus therefor. The method for selecting a paprika includes the steps of: obtaining spectroscopic analysis intensity for each wavelength range of a paprika to be selected using a spectroscopic analyzing system; and determining the paprika in the entry stage of gray mold disease infection when a maximum peak value is shown within a range of 700 to 765nm from a result of the spectroscopic analysis. 본 발명은 잿빛곰팡이병 감염된 파프리카의 선별방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 분광분석시스템을 이용하여 선별대상 파프리카의 각 파장대별 분광분석 강도(intensity)를 얻는 단계; 및 상기 분광분석 결과로부터 700-765 nm 범위에서 최대 피크치가 나타나면 잿빛곰팡이병 감염 초기의 파프리카로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 잿빛곰팡이병 감염 초기의 파프리카 선별방법 및 이를 이용한 선별장치에 관한 것이다.
