Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a winding apparatus for manufacturing an electrode assembly of a cylindrical secondary battery comprising: a mandrel with a rod for forming the electrode assembly in a jelly-roll fashion by winding the electrode and a stacked structure of the separation membrane, which creates a friction that decreases a coating layer made of CONIF on the outer surface of the mandrel. 본 발명은 전극 및 분리막의 적층체를 권취하여 젤리-롤 타입의 전극조립체를 형성하기 위한 로드 형태의 권심을 구비하고, 상기 권심의 외부면에는 CONIF 코팅으로 이루어진 마찰저감층이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지의 전극조립체 제조용 와인딩 장치를 개시한다.
