A UNIFIED DECONTAMINATION STATION AND AN INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention has the purpose that partitions by which a conventional decontamination station is divided into four compartments, are removed in order to unify one compartment, and in a preceding step, the decontamination station is installed in a vessel in the state that all fittings are previously installed, so that costs and time spent at the time of installation the decontamination station can be reduced. According to the present invention, the costs and time spent at the time of installation of interior materials and each fitting in the preceding step by unifying the decontamination station of the vessel can be greatly reduced, and, further, even an interference problem between the fittings can be resolved. Furthermore, if the decontamination station is unified and standardized, because a space arraignment of the decontamination station and an arrangement of the fittings can be identically retained regardless of a project (ship type), the costs and time at the time of an integral process and an installation job can be greatly reduced. 본 발명은 기존에 제독소를 4개의 격실로 구분하던 격벽을 없애고 하나의 격실로 유닛화시켜 선행 단계에서 모든 의장품을 미리 설치한 상태로 제독소를 함정에 설치함으로써 제독소 설치 시 소요되는 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 함정의 제독소를 유닛화시켜 선행 단계에서 설치함으로써 내장재 및 각 의장품 설치 시 소요되는 시간과 비용을 많이 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 의장품간의 간섭문제까지 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 제독소를 유닛화하고 이를 표준화하는 경우 제독소의 공간 배치나 의장품들의 배치가 프로젝트(선종)와 무관하게 동일하게 유지될 수 있으므로 내장처리 및 설치작업 시 많은 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
