본 발명은 옥사세펨(oxacephem)계 항생제 중에서 유용하게 사용되는 플로목세프 소디움(flomoxef sodium)을 결정화 방법으로 얻는 방법에 관한 것으로, 플로목세프 산을 용매에 용해시키고, 유기 또는 무기 소디움염을 용해시킨 용액을 가하여 반응시킨 후, 반응액을 냉각하여 플로목세프 소디움을 결정화시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 플로목세프 소디움을 시간과 비용이 많이 드는 동결건조법이 아닌 결정화 방법으로 제조하기 때문에, 동결건조 설비 비용이 필요 없고 일반 생산 시설에서 현저하게 단축된 시간 내에 용이한 방법으로 플로목세프 소디움을 고수율로 얻을 수 있다. |
