Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device and a method for dismantling a bridge using a lifting member. After lifting up a bridge to dismantle higher than a bridge mounted on a pier by an operation of the lifting member, the present invention can reduce accidents by preventing a drop of a concrete composition as well as quickly demolishing the bridge by transporting using a dismantled pier. 본 발명은, 해체하고자 하는 교량을 승강부재의 작동으로 교각에 안착된 교량보다 높게 들어올린 후, 해체되지 않은 교량을 통해 이동시키면서 신속하게 철거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 구성물의 낙하를 방지하여 안전사고의 발생을 줄일 수 있는 승강부재를 이용한 교량 해체장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
