Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device. A method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device according to the present invention includes a step of facing a first substrate and a second substrate which has a smaller size compared to the first substrate and bonding them, a step of attaching a first polarizing plate to the outer surface of the first substrate, a step of attaching a second polarizing plate which has a protruding first width along the edge of the second substrate to the outer surface of the second substrate, and a step of locating a cutting blade unit in the upper part of the second polarizing plate and cutting the edge of the second polarizing plate along a position of a second width form the edge of the second polarizing plate to an inside direction. Accordingly, a liquid crystal display device having a more beautiful exterior design can be obtained.
