Zusammenfassung:	An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steam turbine rotor. The method for manufacturing a steam turbine rotor of the embodiment of the present invention, for a method for manufacturing a rotor (10) consisting of a steam turbine (1), includes a process of reducing residual stress in comparison with the other sites about a target part (20) of the rotor (10). According to the embodiment of the present invention, hydrogen cracking properties to the predetermined target part of the rotor for the steam turbine can be improved.
