Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for a shortest distance calculation and a bypass path search using three-dimensional information and to a method thereof presented on a three-dimensional terrain using a height value of a three-dimensional image with respect to a two-dimensional road and providing rod link information in accordance to a three-dimensional distance to be capable of calculating a shortest distance. The present invention includes a height value providing unit mapping information of a point, a line, and a surface which are two-dimensional information on the terrain which is three-dimensional space information in order to provide the height value to link information of a road node using the three-dimensional terrain; an actual distance calculation unit which calculates an actual distance in accordance with providing the height value of a link and the road node using the three-dimensional terrain; a flooding region road analyzing unit searching a flooding region using a grid to analyze the road inside a grid of the flooding region; and a bypass path searching unit searching a bypass path in accordance with a buffer zone setting.
