Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a recombinant plasmid having a gene which encoding a protective antigen of foot-and-mouth disease SAT 3 topotype SEZ, to recombinant foot-and-mouth disease virus using the recombinant plasmid, and to a vaccine composition containing the recombinant virus as an effective component for preventing foot-and-mouth disease. The recombinant foot-and-mouth disease virus of the present invention has excellent effect of expressing protein P1 which is a protective antigen of foot-and-mouth disease SAT 3 topotype SEZ to be used in vaccine for foot-and-mouth disease including foot-and-mouth disease SAT 3 (SAT3/2sa57/59 [SAT3/SA/57/59]).
