Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a wearable exercise device for upper arm rehabilitation that can improve an upper arm rehabilitation exercise effect based on a coordination of wrist joint and finger joint exercises. The wearable exercise device for upper arm rehabilitation according to the present invention includes: a forearm wearing section for a patient′s arm; a hand wearing section for the back of the patient′s hand that is pivotally coupled with a front end portion of the forearm wearing section by the medium of a first axis of rotation; a finger wearing section for a user′s finger that is pivotally coupled with a front end portion of the hand wearing section by the medium of a second axis of rotation; a hydraulic cylinder that is disposed in the forearm wearing section and provided with a piston rod which linearly moves in a forward-backward direction; a motion conversion link that is connected to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and to a rear end portion of the hand wearing section to be capable of relative rotation, and converts the linear motion of the piston rod into a rotary motion of the hand wearing section; and a coordination link that has a rear end portion that rotates in connection with the forearm wearing section, has a front end portion that rotates in connection with the finger wearing section, and coordinates the finger wearing section for rotation about the second axis of rotation when the hand wearing section rotates about the first axis of rotation.
