Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a tower crane operation management server and an operation management method using the same. According to the present invention, in a tower crane operation management method using a tower crane operation management server, provided is a tower crane operation management method including the steps of: storing lease contract information of a tower crane inputted from a lease service company terminal according to a unique ID of the tower crane; receiving operation information including current location information and running time information of the tower crane from an LBS equipment installed in the tower crane; and providing the operation information received from the tower crane to the lease service company terminal. According to the tower crane operation management server and the operation management method using the same, it is possible to manage and monitor individual operation status of a tower crane leased to a customer from the outside easily.
