SENSING CABLE, APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MONITORING FENCE

The present invention relates to a sensing cable using electromotive force generated in a sensing conductor of the sensing cable, and an apparatus and a method for monitoring a fence using the same. The apparatus comprises: a sensing cable which senses an impact occurring from the outside, and includes a central conductor disposed thereinside and a sensing conductor disposed at the outside of the central conductor; a sensing module connected to an end of the sensing cable to transmit and receive a communication signal by using the central conductor and to acquire impact location information through a sensing signal generated from the sensing conductor when the impact occurs from the outside; and a server unit which receives the impact location information through a signal processing unit and outputs the received impact location information.
