Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a neutralization design method of an amplifier using a coupled line and to an amplifier thereof. The present invention disconnects one end of the coupled line and connects the gate terminal and drain terminal of a transistor to the other end of the coupled line. The length of the coupled line designs to be shorter as λ/4 than a specific length on an operation frequency. An inductor is connected to an input terminal of the transistor by the coupled line and an output terminal of the transistor, and between the gate and drain of the transistor, respectively. The present invention has an effect of improving the grain of the amplifier by improving reverse direction separation performance by removing a capacitance between the gate and the drain.
