TUNNEL INSPECTION APPARATUS

A tunnel inspection apparatus is disclosed. The tunnel inspection apparatus is used by being installed in a vehicle which enters a tunnel, and comprises: a tunnel sensing unit which transmits entry information when the vehicle enters the tunnel, and transmits leaving information when the vehicle leaves the tunnel; a tunnel photographing unit which photographs the wall surfaces of the tunnel; a storage unit which saves images photographed by the tunnel photographing unit; and a control unit which determines photographing conditions on whether or not the vehicle is located inside the tunnel by receiving entry and leaving information from the tunnel sensing unit, and controls the tunnel photographing unit to photograph the inside of the tunnel in accordance to the photographing conditions. In addition, the images saved in the storage unit includes the time information of at least one point from the receiving time of the entry information to the receiving time of the leaving information. Therefore, the provided tunnel inspection apparatus can perform photographing and inspection of the wall surfaces of the tunnel in a short period of time by connecting the tunnel photographing unit with the tunnel sensing unit, the storage unit, and the control unit in order to automatically sense the tunnel without control by an inspection worker.
