Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a questionnaire apparatus for performing an online questionnaire and a recording medium therefor. More specifically, a context analysis apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a communication unit for transmitting and receiving information; a storage unit which stores a questionnaire composed of a questionnaire standby screen and one or more questionnaire items; and a control unit which is configured to control the communication unit and the storage unit. The control unit is configured to transmit the one or more questionnaire item to a terminal of a responder for the respective questionnaire items, receive replies to the questionnaire items from the terminal of the responder, and determine whether to proceed to the next questionnaire item for the respective questionnaire items.
