Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a laundry treating device capable of improving drying efficiency and, more particularly, to a method for controlling a laundry treating device comprising: a tub into which laundry is put; an air supply device including a heat pump to dehumidify and heat air; and an air passage provided between the tub and the air supply device to circulate air, comprises: a temperature detection step of detecting the temperature of air; and a preheating step of preheating the temperature of the air passage when the detected temperature is below a set temperature.
