Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a torch structure of an MIG welding apparatus. The torch structure of an MIG welding apparatus comprises: a gas nozzle provided on one end of a torch body, discharging protective gas to a member; a contact tip fixated inside the torch body and extended to the outside of the gas nozzle to generate an arc on the member; a gas diffuser fixated inside the torch body, supplying protective gas inside the torch body; and a gas filter fixated inside the torch body, positioned between the gas nozzle and the gas diffuser, and supplying the protective gas in a laminar flow form. According to the present invention, the torch structure of the MIG welding apparatus includes the gas filter installed therein to stably inject the protective gas to a nozzle outlet, thereby increasing the oxygen blocking function of the protective gas and reducing consumption of the protective gas. Also, the torch structure of an MIG welding apparatus additionally includes a spatter protecting device to prevent damage to the gas filter and the gas nozzle due to spatter. |
