Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a torch structure for a TIG welding apparatus. The touch structure for a TIG welding apparatus comprises: a gas nozzle installed in one end of a torch body, discharging a protective gas; a protective gas injection unit installed in the other end of the torch body, supplying the protective gas inside the torch body; an electric transfer electrode flowing a current to an electrode bar; a collet chuck placed between the electric transfer electrode and the electrode bar, fixating the electrode bar; two electrode bars extended to the outside of the gas nozzle in a rod shape; a first insulator insulating between the two electrode bars; a second insulator maintaining the insulation between inner conductors of the torch body; and a third insulator preventing a pilot arc between the protective gas injection unit and the inner conductors of the torch body. According to the present invention, as the insulators are arranged between the two electric conduction electrodes or the two collet chucks, the torch structure for the TIG welding apparatus blocks the conduction between the inner conductors of the torch due to the insulation between the inner conductors of the torch when the high-frequency arc is started. |
