ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can solve problems of afterimages, display unevenness (pattern, or the like) or a shortened lifespan caused by the long-term usage and improve image quality as well, and to an operating method thereof. The organic light emitting display device of the present invention comprises: a display panel; a data operating unit supplying a data signal to the display panel; a memory unit located inside or outside the data operating unit, and having at least two allocated banks; and a sensing circuit unit measuring a threshold voltage of at least one operating transistor included in the display panel, and providing compensation data. The data operating unit records new compensation data and previous compensation data provided by the sensing circuit unit in at least two allocated banks of the memory unit respectively, and reads the data.
