The present invention relates to an apparatus to display marking lines on glass or a dashboard provided on the rear or front of a vehicle′s bonnet such that a driver can be aware of a moving line of the wheels; a method to predict standards of safe driving on the lane and a moving line of the front wheels of the vehicle using marking lines; and the usage of the marking lines. When a driver′s perspective location and condition suitable among one of the marking lines for the front wheels installed in the vehicle is selectively designated; convenience, safety, certainty, economical efficiency, and intelligent technology are shown in keeping the driver′s lane, vehicle driving, head-on parking method, and reverse parking method using the marking lines during normal times. The present invention uses the principle of determining marking lines as a hypothetical model and collecting the types of inferring a moving line of the wheels, and is used as a means of an intelligence structure to carry out the most appropriate driving activity by applying the principle. The present invention is used as the intelligence structure leading a driver to perform safe driving on the lane to enable the driver to recognize the location information of the wheels such that the driver cannot often make mistakes which may occur during driving, and to instantly recognize a predictable range to solve a problem in accordance to the situation, thereby preventing even the occurrence of accidents beyond a defensive driving with respect to accidents. The present invention is an essential apparatus for safe driving, which enables a driver to avoid obstacles which may appear suddenly while keeping the driver′s lane and predicting a moving line of the wheels by defining a step of displaying a moving line of the wheels, wherein a location area corresponding to the moving line of the wheels is detected.
