Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a soot blower having a structure capable of reducing vibration and preventing friction. The soot blower includes a driving unit for reducing and transmitting a rotation force of a motor which is rotated by the power supplied from the exterior; a transfer unit for supporting the driving unit and converting the rotation movement of the driving unit into a linear movement to move the driving unit forwardly and backwardly; a steam supply unit disposed in a transfer path of the driving unit and opening/closing a valve by operation of a lever rotated by the force pushing the driving unit to supply steam; and an injection unit supplied by the steam from the steam supply unit and connected to the driving unit to receive the rotation force, the injection unit coming in a boiler by transfer of the driving unit to inject the steam to an inner wall of a combustion zone of the boiler. The soot blower provides the gear mechanism which improves the efficiency of the transmission and is not damaged even by the external impact. The wanted injection time of the injection unit can be secured, and the injection unit can be uniformly and stably rotated. The size of the gear box can be reduced, and the convenience of the maintenance is improved. Also, the driving unit is stably transferred, and the reliability and durability thereof are improved. A poppet valve is accurately and stably operated, and vibration of a rinse tube is reduced. It is possible to prevent ash and dust from flowing in the housing. |
