Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method and an apparatus of a terminal for transferring a call. According to the present invention, the method for transferring a call comprises: a step of receiving a call transfer request including the information of a second device from the second device engaged in a call with a first device; a step of transmitting a request for the call state of the second device to a server using the information of the second device, and receiving a response; a step of establishing a wireless connection with the second device, if the response includes the fact that the call is not made through the server; and a step of establishing a call with the first device through the wireless connection.
