Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a transparent apparatus and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to the transparent apparatus for implementing transparency of a target object within a predetermined first area by using meta material including: a transparent unit which covers the target object within the first area and consists of first meta material; and a correcting unit which is disposed within a predetermined second area and consists of second meta material having a predetermined negative refractive index. The transparent unit is disposed to cover the first area and the second area and has a negative refractive index for implementing transparency of the target object by correcting a positive refractive index of the first area.
