The present invention relates to a paper box functioning as a memo holder. More specifically, the present invention relates to a paper box functioning as a memo holder which includes a floor surface; a first side surface extended from one side of the floor surface, and being perpendicular to the floor surface; a second side surface perpendicularly in contact with the floor surface, and coming in contact with the first side surface; a third side surface perpendicularly in contact with the floor surface, and coming in contact with the second side surface; a fourth side surface perpendicularly in contact with the floor surface, coming in contact with the third side surface, and coming in contact with the first side surface; a cover unit extended from an upper side of the first side surface, and corresponding to the floor surface; a tweezers unit formed inside the cover unit by being cut in a U-shape; and an angle control unit having the cover unit formed by being bent inward by a bending line formed horizontal to the upper side of the first side surface at a position equal to or longer than the distance from the upper side of the first side surface to the tweezers unit.
