Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing an extract of Persicaria hydropiper and a skin delivery system for promoting skin permeability of the extract of Persicaria hydropiper and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition which contains an extract of Persicaria hydropiper or an effective ingredient thereof to promote a skin protection function from oxidative damage due to oxidative stress, thereby reinforcing the skin barrier, and to an ethosome or elastic liposome for maximizing the skin permeability of an extract of Persicaria hydropiper or an effective ingredient thereof.
